By downloading, installing, or using the SRT Translator mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

1. Use of Service & Subtitle Restrictions

SRT Translator provides AI-based subtitle translation services. The service is divided into two tiers:

• Free Tier: Limited to 1 translation per 24 hours. Free translations are restricted to files under 1,000 lines and 45 minutes in video length to prevent server overload and ensure quality. Ads are served within this tier.
• PRO Tier: Grants unlimited translations, priority processing, removal of advertisement, and removes file length constraints.

2. Subscription and Billing

Subscribing to the PRO tier implies consent to the following terms:

• PRO services are billed on a subscription basis (Weekly, Monthly, Annual, or Lifetime depending on your selection).
• Subscriptions are handled and processed directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings. Your access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: All refund requests must be initiated through Apple or Google respectively, subject to their refund policies.

3. Disclaimer of Accuracy & Artificial Intelligence

Translations provided by SRT Translator are processed using advanced and secure cloud-based Artificial Intelligence translation models. While we strive for absolute context-aware accuracy, AI translations can sometimes contain grammatical errors, context misinterpretations, or missing translations. SRT Translator provides translations "as-is" and is not responsible for any inaccuracies or loss of content.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the application to translate materials that violate copyright laws, intellectual property rights, or propagate illegal or abusive content. You are solely responsible for the subtitle files you upload and translate.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SRT Translator, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.
